A big thank you to everyone who attended the Indiana State Celiac Luncheon.  A special thanks to all those who baked desserts to be enjoyed by everyone and to all those who put in extra time and contributions to make the day a success.  Also thank you to all the vendors.  It truly was a great day, one I would not have believed possible 28 years ago when I was diagnosed with celiac.
